The hotel is conveniently close to the bustling Riverwalk area with its attractions, offering delicious dining options and pleasant facilities. However, the rooms had a slight issue with mildew smell, causing a little inconvenience.
I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They unexpectedly charged me more than agreed, and it has been a nightmare trying to get a refund. On top of that, they lost people's cars, leading to police involvement. Despite some friendly staff, the overall stay was a disaster. Avoid this place at all costs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great for sightseeing on foot, but safety concerns and nearby construction were drawbacks. The room, although spacious and nicely decorated, was not clean as expected. The dining options were subpar, but the service was satisfactory.
